What was the highlight of Palmanova Suites by TRH
relaxing until multiple huge groups came to the hotel, would be nice to know to avoid them dates
the swimming pool lovely, and the rooms and clean
the amounts of huge groups 50-100 college students on some sort of trip. Made it very loud, hard to get food at breakfast, hard to get a sun bed, constantly trying not to get hit by a ball.

Very Good
Clean suites, very kind and helpful stuff.
Hotel is placed on the small hill and it wasn't written in the description on Booking. If we had come with the car we wouldn't have a place to park the car because it was not enough parking spots nearby. For the next time we would definitely change accomodation so we can use the car as well.

Great apart from the check out incident
Everything was good until checkout. Location , room , pool , cleanliness.
Guy at reception was very rude . I was a single occupant in a double room . Given 1 key at check in . When checking out at 5.15am on the Monday morning I handed in 1 key. Guy behind the desk said I should have 2 . Called me an English Liar. When I told him I was only given 1 key he called me a f—king English liar . It was early in the morning so decided not to say anything but could hear him calling me a few more choice words out loud to his mate behind the counter . All over a room key that costs peanuts and I never had in the first place. If he doesn’t like his job or the English I would suggest he works somewhere else
